We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Quick Cartway. If you’re not happy with your item, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds under the following guidelines:
1. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Returns must be made within 3-5 days of receiving the product.
2. How to Return an Item
- Please contact us at admin@quickcartway.com to initiate the return process. You will need to provide your order details.
- Once the return is authorized, you may return the item at the time of delivery or arrange for a pickup, depending on your location.
3. Refund Process
- Since we do not accept electronic payment methods, refunds will be issued in cash at the time of delivery or pickup of the returned item.
- If the product is returned in acceptable condition, the full refund will be processed, minus any shipping fees that may apply.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
